This policy explains what personal information Growalix (“we”, “us”) collects through growalix.com, why we collect it and the choices you have. If you have any question about it, write to [email protected].

Information we collect

We only receive information you choose to send us:

• Contact and project forms — your name, work email, company or website, monthly budget, the services you are interested in and the message you write.
• Free audit pop-up — your name, email and the service you need.
• Newsletter sign-up — your email address.
• Chat assistant — the assistant answers questions inside your browser. If you leave your email in the chat, we receive that email together with the conversation so far and the page you were on, so we can follow up properly.
• Email, phone and WhatsApp — whatever you send us when you contact us directly.

We do not ask for payment card details on this website.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a free growth audit or send a quote.
• To send the newsletter, only if you subscribed to it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep records of our business relationship and to protect the site against spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies at the time of writing. Your browser stores two small convenience settings on your own device: your light or dark theme choice, and a note that you have already seen the audit pop-up so it does not appear again. You can clear them in your browser at any time. If we add analytics in future we will update this policy first.

Who processes your information

We rely on a small number of service providers to run the site. They only process data on our behalf:

• Formspree — delivers form, newsletter and chat-lead submissions to our inbox.
• Cloudflare — hosts and delivers the website, and may log technical data such as your IP address for security and performance.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on the site, which means your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
• Our email provider — stores the messages sent to [email protected].

Some of these providers are based outside your country, so your information may be processed internationally. If you click the WhatsApp button you leave this site and WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our relationship, and then delete or anonymise them. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent you have given. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS and form submissions are sent to our providers over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
